Meet Cole Hardie, Catholic Counselor

Cole Hardie, MA, holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Catholic Studies from the University of St. Thomas.

With a background in missionary and parish ministry, Cole has witnessed the transformative power of authentic relationships. He believes individuals begin to flourish when they experience connection in a space where they feel safe to engage their emotions and are seen through the lens of their inherent human dignity.

Cole has clinical experience leading both individual and group therapy sessions, working with concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, shame, grief, trauma, abuse, emotional regulation, and sexual addiction, including pornography use.

His clinical approach integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy, tailoring treatment to each individual’s unique needs while supporting growth across the mind, body, and soul.
